Guru Nanak College (Autonomous) Chennai ramps up vaccination of staff, students, Home guards and general public.
With the covid-19 protocol in place, Guru Nanak College was ramping up the vaccination of staff and students on campus. Guru Nanak Educational Society has fast-tracked the inoculation through special drives on the campus, throughout the pandemic enabling most of the staff and students vaccinated either partially or fully.
The vaccination camp was organised on the College campus in association with the Greater Chennai Corporation. In an additional move to support the Government’s Vaccination norms, a series of Mega Vaccination Camp for students, staff , home guards and the general public are being organised. Students, Staff and general public from the locality actively participated to join hands against the deadly pandemic. Both the Covishield and Covaxin vaccines were administered. Dr. M.G. Ragunathan, Principal, Guru Nanak College, instructed that all students and faculty to take the doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, as per Government norms and make the environment a totally protected fully vaccinated campus.
