This NFED trust is a unique socialistic and expolitical organization which is into creating an entrepreneurial cult across the nation and brings in the socio-economic sustenance through entrepreneurship development. Furthermore, to fulfill this core objective NFED intends to recognize the women talents across the nation whoever into facilitating the socio- economic development through their remarkable potential.
The journey of National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED) is phenomenal and unflagging since its inception in July 2003 as a virtual organization and registering NFED as a full-fledged trust on November 2013 at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. With likeminded people as Presidium Members and functioning as a unique socialistic apolitical organization, the fundamental objective of NFED is to create entrepreneurial culture through out the entire nation and upbringing socio-economic sustenance through entrepreneurship development. To enhance its mission, NFED frequently engages in conducting orientation, awareness, training, faculty development programmes, sessions on innovation, entrepreneurship development, self-motivation, enterprising skills, business skill development, career development, employability skills, research & development, etc. Also, it intends to recognize the national talents and potential among various domains towards identifying the righteous pillars in shaping the nation towards socio-economic Progression and growth. Hence, NFED encompasses the social sensation notion through felicitating the Teaching Communities, Women Communities & Entrepreneurial Communities who are the role models and realistic cause for country’s holistic prosperity.
The National Women’s Day Awards is the most prestigious award given to prominent women across the nation. The awards are endorsed under different categories, viz., Young, Senior and Outstanding into various domains. NFED has awarded 1530 national awards until 8th March 2022, out of which 905 are women, constituting 59.15 (inclusive of Academicians (Professors, Scholars, Scientists, Researchers, School Teachers, Trainers, etc.), Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Workforces & Freelancers). This exhibits NFED’s focus and regard towards promulgating women community across the nation.
Karma Veer Jyoti. Professor Dr. R. Ganesan is the founder & chairman / Managing Trustee /Presidium chair of NFED/ Founder & chair of NFED Business. Facilitators Forum (NBFF) & Centre for Research and Training (CRT), Coimbatore.
He has been conferred with ‘Order of Eminence’ the highest honour for his global contribution to research, teaching & training in Entrepreneurship. He is also serving as the board of director (chief learning and development officer) & chief advisor of Talouns pvt Ltd., Singapore.
Mrs. Ramya Kandavel is the Executive Chairman & Director / Presidium Member of NFED/ chief Coordinator and Member secretary of NFED Business Facilitators Forum (NBFF) & centre for Research and Training (CRT), coimbatore.
She is also a psychological counselor and a master practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming. She overseas the entire administrative activities of NFED and promulgates its social sensational programmes across the nation.
Ms. B. Pavalaselvi is one of the National Facilitator of NFED team, who works as a teacher of Mathematics in Holy Family Convent, chennai & guide Captain in Bharat Scouts & Guides. As a guide Captain, every year she sends 2 units of Scouts and Guides for bagging the prestigious Rajya Puraskar and Rashtrapati Awards.
She is the coordinator of National Science Olympiad Foundation. She is also the recipient of Senior Woman Educator Award. She had felicitated this 9th Women’s Day Award Celebration through virtual Meeting, which was a Successful one.
In such an apolitical organization, Editor Saranya Rajesh was nominated for this prestigious National Award, under the selection Criteria of Educational qualification for holding a Bachelor degree in commerce, everall experience in Mass Media Communication, Administration Strategy in Business Medium, Awards and accomplishments for photography and painting, Societal contributions to trusts, functional area recognition for Conducting various competitions to encourage and motivate the society, integrative articles providing socio-economic significance etc,. And apart from being a press editor, she is also recognised as a Fictitious Novel writer and director of Social-conscious short films uploaded in her Retcon Reel Youtube channel.
