This week Siddarth received young Achiever award from our Express Velachery team.
Siddarth, 9 years old, Student of Marg Vidhyalaya school, Madipakkam Chennai is very passionate on any given task since his childhood . Being very naughty, they assumed him to be an hyper active child and met a Neurosurgeon for a consultation.
It was surprising to know that the energy level of the child is very high and channelizing it would bring him more success on his way with his advanced IQ level with right time parent’s attention. Being a working parents, yes. It was a tough moment for them to succeed. “No kids a re born stars.. they are self – built.”
His mother Anandhi and father Murali, learnt his interest and encouraged him for his success journey. Siddarth was very compassionate, helpful, loving, spiritualistic and service oriented person. He started to service an abandoned Ganesha temple in Ram Nagar Madipakkam at the age of 4 and continuing to service as a Priest and service provider for the temple till date. He started learning slokas and music from his grandmom J.Bhagyalakshmi since 3 years of age which helped him to start with his sloka and music programs in temples and public events. Music and Swimming helped him to organize his mind and sharpen his skillset.
He started participating in interschool and open talent shows since 4 years and started winning awards and medals for Music, dance, Athletics, Clay modeling, drawing and Bharathiar poem redention. Siddarth bagged 1st prize in SOF Olympiad English competition at the age of 6.
He participated in Karate Budokai Kata championship for under 9 years category and won 2nd prize in national level competition. During his performance in Shri Krishna sweets Krishna Jayanthi competition, he had a special mention from Versatile Actor Kathadi Ramamurthy sir and received special award for his performance.
His interest includes mathematics made him won silver topper in Abacus – Brain o Brain international competition in 2021 for Level 1 and Level 2 stages. Siddarth opened an YouTube channel in 2021 with his mom Anandhi and published videos as a mentor and learner in music. Being fond of cooking, he participated in online cooking competitions and won award in multiple online channels. His program was featured in Cognizant WE celebrations and appreciated by Cognizant leadership for his involvement and commitment.
He learnt bhajans and started playing keyboard and drums through training from his maternal uncle Anand and aunt Chitra ,vocalist & BA Music Gold medalist. He entered Asia book of records for participating in a dance competition along with 1000+ students and Jackie world book of joining hands to draw with waste.
He enrolled himself in many competitions organized by Ojas eduland, Wonder buddies, JACKIE WORLD BOOK of records, ASIA BOOK of records, Nathella Vidyodhaya, Brain o Brain Abacus from Hobby School Madipakkam and many others, where expressed his talents to his best. Teachers are second parents of any kid. A right time guidance was always there from his school’s correspondent and trainer Mrs. Shylaja (Early Expressions) Mrs. Pushpa (Kids Continent) and Mrs. Geetha (Marg Vidhyalaya) to lead his vision with their utmost responsibility and support. Beyond it, he supported his mom during COVID situation for all domestic help and always fed food for street dogs, cows and domestic animals.
He is also enthusiastic to become a veterinary doctor to serve the homeless pets and eager to make a difference and serve this nation by his positive leadership.
