Rotary club of Chennai Velachery in association with RID 3232 sponsored and supplied “Napkin Vending machine & Napkin Incinerator machine” to Gurunanak college and conducted Happy Periods Menstrual Hygeine Awareness Program for girl students on 7th March 2022 at a function in Gurunanak college, Velachery. This machine was handed over by Chief Guest Rtn. Saradha Ramani – Chairman, Menstrual Health & Hygiene, RID 3232 in the august presence of Principal Dr.M.G. Raghunathan, Dr. M.L. Mayalekshmi Pillai HOD & Coordinator, Dr. K. Umadevi HOD & Coordinator, Guru nanak college and RCCV President Rtn. M. Sathyanarayana, Rtn. V. Sriram – Director, CS Health and many Rotarian members and Rotarian spouses of Rotary Club of Chennai Velachery along with 300 students of Gurunanak college. This “Napkin Vending machine” will be benefitting nearly 800 Girl students & 100 Women Lecturers of Gurunanak college.
